Why am I not able to download the dynamic QR Code?

There could be one or many reasons why you are not able to download the dynamic QR code.

1. You are on the free plan. You should upgrade your plan.
2. You have not entered a name for the QR code.
3. You have not entered the destination URL of the QR code.
4. You have pop-ups disabled in your browser.

Please verify if any of the reasons are applicable and address them. If you are still facing an issue then submit a ticket and we will take a look within 24 hours.
